Our goal is to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the products that they purchase from OdorDestroyer.com To that end, you may return any product that does not meet your expectations for a full refund. In order to qualify for a full refund you must adhere to the following return policy.
- Returns received without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be charged a 25% restocking fee. An RMA number may be obtained at no charge by contacting customer service by phone or by email.
- Returns of electronics, hard goods, and other non-consumables must be received in clean, resalable condition. Items received without the packaging, instructions, or with pieces missing/damaged will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- Returns of consumable products such as Odor Destroyer must include the unused portion of the product you wish to return.
- All returns must have a valid RMA issued within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.
- All returns must be received within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Credit for returned items will be issued within 7 business day of receiving the returned item. If you have not received your credit in this time period please contact us for assistance.
How to return your product:
- Obtain an RMA number by contacting customer service.
- Your original invoice (or copy thereof) must be included inside the return package. If you cannot locate your invoice, please notify customer service when you request your RMA. Customer service will gladly provide you with another copy of your invoice.
- Mark your RMA number clearly marked on the invoice and the outside of the package. Improperly marked returns will result in delays in receiving you refund.
- Ship the return to the address below (also located on your invoice) via the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using UPS shipping to avoid any problems with your return.
- Do not require a delivery signature upon delivery. Our shipping employees are very busy and are not always available to sign for your package when the carrier arrives. Requiring a delivery signature may result in your package being returned to you at your expense.
Note: We recommend that all returns be delivered by a trackable method such as UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation. PowerHouse products can not be responsible for packages that are lost/damaged in transit.
- Defective products or products that fail during the warranty period will be replaced with an identical product or suitable equivalent at no cost to the customer.
- In order to receive a replacement product, you must return the defective product to us as outlined above.
- If we determine that the product was defective we will issue a credit for the reasonable and customary return ground shipping charges.
- If we determine that the product was not defective the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- All damaged goods returns must have a valid RMA issued within 7 days to be eligible for a refund.
- All damaged goods returns must be received within 30 days to be eligible for a refund.
- Damaged products will be replaced with an identical product or suitable equivalent at no cost to the customer.
- In order to receive a replacement product, you must return the damaged product to us as outlined above.
- If we determine that the product was damaged upon receipt we will issue a credit for the reasonable and customary shipping charges.
- If we determine that the product was damaged as a result of misuse or abuse, we will notify the customer within 7 business days. The customer may elect to have the product discarded or returned to them at their own expense.
