> How do I return a product/order?

If you need to return a product, you must first contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have an RMA number, please proceed as directed below.

How to return your product:

  1. Obtain an RMA number as directed above.

  2. Your original invoice (or copy thereof) must be included inside the return package. If you cannot locate your invoice, please notify customer service when you request your RMA. Customer service will glady provide you with another copy of your invoice.

  3. Mark your RMA number clearly marked on the invoice and the outside of the package. Improperly marked returns will result in delays in receiveing you refund.

  4. Ship the return to the address below (also located on your invoice) via the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using UPS shipping to avoid any problems with your return.
Note: We recommend that all returns be insured and delivered by a trackable method such as UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation. PowerHouse products can not be responsible for packages that are lost/damaged in transit.
