Tip of the Month
Sleep Well When You Have a Cat
As nocturnal animals, cats often want to play with us when we're trying to sleep. To prevent your cat from waking you, give her her own bed to sleep on (during the day too), preferably in a different room. Don't give in to her demands to come into your room at night. Before you go to bed, play with her so that she'll be tired and more likely to sleep.
If she's an only cat, a second cat will give her someone other than you to burn off her nocturnal energy with.
